Welcome Get Shot By Tate!
I am so fortunate to have a job I absolutely love. The world is a mega-huge one, and I have assigned myself the best job in the world which is to shoot photos, share them with you, and repeat the same steps over and over for y'all to enjoy. Anyone who knows me well knows I'm an OPEN BOOK, but when I have that camera in front of my eye - I see everything in a very tiny window. When I determine what I captured is eye candy ready to share, that is when I really OPEN up to you as a photographer/friend. Thank you so much for your support in any way its given!

I've been getting alot of inquiries these days asking when I'm NOT booked so that's such a compliment! I just updated my schedule to post for everyone to see at fair game.

Remember, whoever puts down the deposit first gets me photographing!

Have a happy holiday y'all and THANK YOU so much again for all the amazing support. I am so lucky to be where I am now with my business. I keep dreaming bigger and continue to improve year by year.

A few weeks ago, a dear friend of mine - Kerri Clark, emailed me asking if we'd be around this past weekend for her and her husband, Charles to come into town to visit and do a photo session. "YES!" I answered because I love their company. They're such a fun loving couple who can do pretty much anything around town.

She emailed me again and had such a fantastic idea that she wanted to incorporate into the photo shoot when she did it. It still breaks my heart that they had to go through this ordeal and this blog entry she put together with my photos and their story - is nothing but inspirational. Life itself is fragile and we have to always remember to cherish every moment of it. I am so inspired by Kerri and Charles and their bravery with the loss of their daughter.

Click on this link and it'll take you to their story.

Thank you to Kerri & Charles for trusting me to document such a special thing.
