I love how Brooke and Michael used one of their engagement photos I shot for their holiday card. It's perfect because it symbolizes everything for them this year. That's where he proposed to her, and they got hitched in June... and now they're doing the happy marriage dance now in Virginia. Love the card, y'all! (it's actually b/w but my scanner is weird)

LSD & a gift....

Also something cute was done by a good friend of mine, Rebecca Reed, this morning at LSD as well. Our friend, Mandaree, who teaches at the school for the deaf just got engaged the other day (CONGRATS MANDAREE & STEVEN!) and Rebecca/and some other teachers pitched in for a gift certificate for a Tate Tullier Photography session!

Here's what was inside the card given to Mandaree - I just thought it was such creative writing and of course, flattering!

I thought this might brighten your day... the gift of Tate always puts a smile on someone's face - time to return the favor!
This is what the card we gave her said:

Bling! Bling! You got the ring!
And now there's just one more thing...

You've got the dude, you've got the date,
All that's left is to get shot by Tate!

Wake up early Saturday with minimal fuss,
and enjoy your engagement shoot on us!

and my friends, this is why I love doing what I do! I love how so many people put such a high value on photography!

Jared & Lisa Engaged!

Before we did the photo session in LA this past July, he had told me he got engaged to the gorgeous Lisa from Florida so of course, for him helping me out with the spread again.... I wanted to do them a fun favor and do some engagement/hot modeling shots for them. I'm very excited for them.

I love love their chemistry. It's so apparent they're in some serious love.

Thanks guys for taking the time out of your 4th of July day to come and do the photo session (and enjoy these photos for years to come!!!!)

Valencia Sessions

Hi Sarah! I'm sorry we didn't get to meet you when you guys came out for Shoshanna's birthday...
The "Valencia shoot"was 5 different groups...
Kris and Rich Hall is the large group up top...
Then there was a young (very attractive) couple, then my family beaneath them (That's my daughter Skyler, the pissy 3 year old) and I.
Then below us is the Moses'
And I'm not sure who the last fam is, but aren't they a great looking family?!

Hope to meet you when you guys head back out to CA again! Your husband is insanely talented...But you already know that.

A Sunday Preview.....

Here are a few quick edit shots I wanted to do and post up for recent clients! I am loving how the photos are coming out. Right now I am working on the June sessions so I seriously need to get caught up. July has just been nothing but nuts!!!!!! I am so thankful that most of you are being so cool and patient waiting for your photos - I want nothing but to get them to you as soon as I can. Just don't want to throw out half assed edits your way - Again, THANK YOU.
